Quality with foresight for a safer work environment

The results of the proactive observation campaign were completed at the end of August, and the campaign proved to be highly successful. During the campaign period from May 1st to July 31st, 2024, the goal was to make at least three proactive and high-quality occupational safety observations. The goal was exceeded many times over, as a total of 92 safety observations were made, leading to numerous concrete corrective actions.

During the campaign, 30 different employees made a total of 61 observations, demonstrating broad participation and commitment to proactive efforts. The participation of office staff was also significant, with 10 different office staff members making a total of 31 observations.

The observations were of high quality and covered a wide range of topics related to safety and efficiency. Based on these observations, several improvements were made to the work environment, demonstrating the concrete benefits of the campaign.

A total of 9 different employees and 7 different office staff members were awarded. The awardees received an Adolf Lahti hoodie with the “Safe way is our way” logo. The awarded employees and office staff members showed exceptional activity and quality in their observations, and their contributions were significant to the success of the campaign.

The campaign results show that proactive actions are becoming an established part of the organization’s daily operations, helping us to continuously improve the safety and efficiency of the work environment.
