Kalle Mäkelä (38) from Kalajoki, an engineer specialized in automotive and transport technology, has been appointed as a supervisor starting from August 26, 2024.

His responsibilities will include the daily operations and development of Adolf Lahti’s Kokkola plant services, as well as acting as a supervisor for the plant service employees. Mäkelä will report to Antti Ylitalo.

Before joining Adolf Lahti, Mäkelä worked for more than 13 years at Kokkolan Tilausrahti Oy, initially as a logistics coordinator and later as the CEO. During his studies, Mäkelä held various positions at Boliden Kokkola Oy. Kalle also has extensive experience in various positions of trust, such as serving as a member of Kalajoki City Council.
